Don't know if there are any rules on image size, but I'll stick with one for now. Thought you guys might like to see.
Here's the playhouse as of 05/10/2009. Didn't work on it because today's mother's day (and even though I'm supposed to get to do anything I like today, that apparently does NOT include ignoring my kids and working on the latest project
)
I still haven't gotten to shingle the roof. I installed the lower drip edge and then realized that short of hanging off the walls, I can't get up onto the roof (I installed the ply over the rafters by standing on the second story floor, so the problem wasn't immediately apparent).
I have one more joist to hang on the upper balcony and then to install the floor... then I can put the ladder on the upper story to climb onto the roof. I hope. If not... dad is coming to visit in the middle of June and I can always put him up there instead
I'm not wrapping it, but I am wrapping the corners, wherever there are seams in the siding, flashing the bottoms, etc. to provide a better water-seal for the interior.
Is *is* level and plumb (despite the fact that I hate leveling and squaring)-- the picture's angle makes it appear slightly wonky.
