I live in Las Vegas and last week we had freezing temperatures which killed my agave plant. I had no idea they were so fragile. Any recommendations on what to do in the future? Can't exactly wrap it in burlap...? Thanks!

It may come back and in 10 or 20 years you can take the root and make a little good Tequila with a lot of work and patience..
