So are you saying not to mix the two pipe and tubing? Is there any problems with leaks with these biting connections?

A shark bite coupling will not join the to together. But if you use a Male adapter shark bite for your service entrance and glue a female adapter to the CPVC you can make a connection.

A 3/4" CPVC OD will not fit into a 3/4" shark bite so using theaded adapters can make the connection. Mixing the pipe is not a big deal
