Tettrizini is so good and so easy. First time I had it a dear friend made it after the holiday to use up leftover turkey. When it was done I took a little then called daughter and told her to stop by for “curb side take out”. She pulls up to the garage and I run a dish out to her.
Since I’m isolating I’d cook more for her but my supplies are limited. All morning every news channel talked about washing everything from the grocery store. Filling a sink or tub with soapy water and washing packages. I think I’d rather just scrounge my pantry and make do with whats here.
I say that now but may change my mind later.
