My pump stoped working after a lightening storm. Franklin electric 1.5 HP run by a franklin electric subdrive 75 control box. this is a 4 wire system. My understanding is that the control box is a single phase to three phase converter. Main braker is good as well as the shut of switch. The power on light and fault light on the cover are both off, but when I test power output to the pump all three of the hot wires read 120 volt. How do I know if the controler, or pump is bad, or is it both?
