I am replacing my tankless HWH soon. I have a few questions related to the new unit.
1. My municipality provides 7 CW natural gas pressure for my residential line. If I buy a tankless HWH that is rated for 8 CW, will it run?
2. How often do I REALLY need to descale the tankless HWH with white vinegar? I have a 2-person household.
3. For how long do I run the descaling process? What will happen if I run the descaling process longer?

1) I'm not versed on gas that much.
2) I descale mine probably twice a year, but it would depend on the hardness of your water. We are on a well, and it is filtered through a 5 micron and then a 1 micron filter.
3) Mine is recommended that the descaling pump run for at least 45 minutes. Longer won't hurt, but probably won't be doing any better than the prescribed time. Be sure to rinse your pump and hoses thoroughly after the process to prevent corrosion on the hose ends.
