Hello,

I am looking to make a DIY lamp from an LED tube light and would like some advise on how to wire it up. I have purchased some parts already but I am reluctant to connect it up until I have had some advise.

The parts I have purchased so far,

Light Bulb - FEIT Electrical T48/841/LED, 4100K/17W, 1700LM

Cable and Plug - SPT-1 Wire with polarized plug, 18AWG

Connector - LH0832 - Unshunted, stationary end socket

I look forward to hearing some advise and thank you in advance.

Thank you Oso954 and joed for replying.

So that bulb requires the existing ballast used for fluorescent bulbs, I need to find one that has a ballast bypass?
