I need to remove the center t1 11 panel from the side of my home, do I have to remove all the panels on one side or should I attempt to saw it out. Home depot has the panel in stock so damage will not be an issue but install might be. I believe its like a tongue in groove type of installation. just looking for a right way to do this job.

Remove only the damaged one, lap on one side, under-lap on the other. No need to saw, just pull all nails, and remove. Replace with new one, no glue or caulk. Don't overdrive the nails (heads should stick out). Wouldn't hurt to back prime it first. Be safe, G
