It can be wired a number of ways. It can be on when the switch is on, it can be on when the switch off, but off when the switch is on, or it can be on all the time.
It can be wired a number of ways. It can be on when the switch is on, it can be on when the switch off, but off when the switch is on, or it can be on all the time.I've done beginner wiring (switches, sockets, etc.) and came across this:

Now, does the light go ON/OFF as you flip the switch? Or is it an indicator that the switch is getting power?
How would this be wired?
