My wife wants an outlet in her closet. So i decided to just get one of those combo switches with an outlet. When taking out my original switch I noticed both wires are black/hot wires and the neutral wires are wire nutted inside the box. How should I wire up this so the switch still controls the light and that the outlet stays hot all times.

You will need a short white pigtail wire of the same gauge as what is there now.
One of the black wires on the switch goes to some other black wires in a wire nut. That wire goes to one of the black screws on the top of your image.
The other switch black wire goes gold screw on the bottom left.
The white pigtail wire goes to the silver screw and the white bundle.
The bare wire goes to the green ground screw.
