Do you think a 15 sq. ft. powder room needs a HVAC supply?

Wow that seems pretty small for a lav and stool! To answer your question it depends on the location of the room and who you may want to keep comfortable. If it is on a outside wall I would put one in. You won't need many CFM to heat or cool. Maybe 4-8. The main reason I would even concider it is to keep her tush warm if you know what I mean,:whistling2:

Where are you located?
More heating or cooling area?
Neither of my bathrooms have heat & they are larger
I added radiant floor heat to one, 2nd will not have any heat
