Hey me and the wife just bought our first home today and everything looks great. One thing I did notice there is no sump pump in the basement. There is a drain basin in the basement for the rain runoff that comes in so I'm just kind of curious how much I could expect to pay to have a pump installed and drain tile (or whatever is needed) to get the water outside
