Hi Everyone

Im replacing the ballast under my countertop as it seems to have burnt out.
Wondering if this is a suitable replacement. Foshan is the old one, robertson is the new one.

Also wiring diagram is a bit different, so how would I wire it up?

Thank you in advance,

After replacing a lot of ballasts (magnetic - remember them? and electronic) all those years, if I do one today, I'd replace the whole thing.
Why? ballasts for old fixtures are getting more expensive and harder to find and new LED fixtures are now cheaper than old ballasts.

That ballast should work.
Wire it like the drawing on the ballast. Don't worry that the wire colours do not match the old one. Instead a red and blue at each end you will have two red at one end and two blue at the other end.

All the cool kids are using LED these days. I do too, but I embrace real fluorescent when it makes sense.

What I see when I look at these pictures is the old ballast is rated for an F8T5 which is 12" long, or an F13T5 which is 21" long.

The new ballast is rated for an F21T5 which is 34" long, or an F28T5 which is 46" long.

I don't know which size your fixture is, but I know either the old or new ballast must be wrong for it, because they don't serve the same tubes.

I'm all for staying with real fluorescent, but buying the right ballast is a skill that is detail-oriented, and needs to be applied. It should be noted that most shops online sell T5 ballasts in two separate categories: Shorter bulbs are considered "normal" bulbs, and loner ones are considered "High Output" bulbs. For legacy reasons, High Output ballasts are placed in a different section/category/taxonomy. So if you found yourself in the T5HO section of a website, the F21T5 would seem like the smallest T5 ballast they would sell. Get out of that category.

Unfortunately your old ballast chose to describe bulbs that way; if it had instead said F13T5 or F8T5, then Google would be more helpful.
