Is it permissible to install a sub panel in a dry crawl space?
I’m renovating a house and need more circuits for microwave, fridge, etc.

Can you meet the required workspace of at least 6' 6" high by at least 30 inches wide?

Not a simple crawl space. You have to be able to stand in front of the panel.
