I have a Frigidaire dishwasher model FDB636GFR2 that gets stuck mid-cycle. If I turn the knob less than 1/2" it'll complete the cycle no prob. Another site recommended I replace the timer. $130 later, the new timer gets stuck in the same place.
Any ideas?

It is midway through the wash cycle. The knob stops in the vertical position and a 3-4 click turn gets it going again. It just keeps going if I don't turn it. Where/how do I check the sensor?
