Does this stucco job look bad to you? Does it look kind of wavy throughout the whole exterior? If so, is there a way to fix it?

I don't know enough about stucco to say anything about it. Other than what I would have asked here.

Just bring up your concerns with your builder. If he alleviates your concerns, great. If not then will be the time to educate yourself further. Looking at other stucco jobs might also help you.

I pulled an owner-builder permit. I subcontracted every trade.

I have been looking at other houses, and have seen some that are obviously better and some that are obviously worse than mine.

The masons and stucco guys were different.

From the photo's your Stucco does not meet minimal standards.
Examples.
No expansion Joints.
No control joints.
No joints @ floor lines.
No weep screed @ bottom.
The Stucco exceeds Sq/Ft for panel size.
As for wavy look I would say it was spray applied & not rodded.
