Hello. Does anyone have any advice on how I can patch a concrete all up to make it look halfway decent/presentable? It lines the parking lot of a commercial property we just purchased so it does not have to be perfect. I planned on scraping the old paint, patching the concrete, pressure washing, and new coat of paint.

It won't be easy or simple.
Plan to spend some time and money to make it look good.

Scrimp on either and it will look cheap still.
