Stone veneer under porch

Any ideas on how to skirt this porch with stone? I'm putting stone veneer on the foundation and want to create the illusion of foundation under porch.

Stucco and lath, although you will have to add more framing to get the supports 16" o.c.

So frame 16" oc walls, cover with pressure treated plywood and then felt paper, lath, scratch coat, the stone veneer? What about water penetration from above ?

So far it sounds correct, A simple flashing like you would do for a ledger for a deck, will direct water from penetrating the framing and CDX plywood.

That is going to be a great home when finished.

You do not need sheathing, with framing 16" O.C., you just need 2 layers of paper, lath, and stucco. And if the flooring of the deck is not water tight you do not need the paper, just be sure the stucco is weeped and ends 4" above the dirt.
