My slightly over 100 dollar Price Pfister kitchen faucet lasted oh, 2 years. It was a pullout model and the faucet head spent most of its time dangling by the hose. My Moen faucets (bathroom sinks and showers) are between 10 and 20 years old and still look great and function great. I am looking forward to a similar experience with my newer Moen kitchen faucet. Note, none of these were bought at the big box stores. At one time Delta's and Moen's at the big box stores all had cheaper plastic cartridges. I don't think that is the case anymore. . I am pretty sure I could find an $800 dollar kitchen faucet but not sure why I would want to. Three years ago a I bought a nice Moen pull out single handle high arch single hole kitchen faucet and a matching in the counter soap dispenser from a local plumbing supply house for the high 300 dollar range. Looks great and performs great.

That's the bogus sale with a boosted MSRP.

I bought both of mines for $100 each.

That is great service. Why, though, did you request replacement?

When Moen says "Buy it for Life" they mean it. Just a few months ago, they sent me a brand new Brantford faucet for "free" - I just had to pay them a $25 "processing fee" because I didn't have receipt from when I bought it originally over 10 years ago. Same with a $300+ bathroom faucet.
