Yep, they unscrew from the inside. The outer ones may be sealed to the door skin but are removable.We have garage doors identical to these on our house.

Tried to spruce them up by attaching carriage door hinges--love the look. Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the things that make the windows look like that, just revealing square windows? Also, if so, what would be a good way to spruce up the windows? Thanks!
You will need to order new frames for the windows from the door manufacturer to trim them out
