sprinkler valves leak replacement
I have 3 questions
1) the sprinklers valve all leak on the bottom (left side of pic) where the PVC fitting threads up into the valve. Is my only option to cut them off and glue on the replacement fittings that I first thread into the new valve with plenty of tape?
2) the ball valve in the picture is not shutting off the water completely.
How can I glue in a new valve?
3) how high do the valves need to be and is the blue glue drip make the pipe unusable for gluing a new coupling?
