Splitting 10/3

Hello all

This is my first post here and I hope it finds everyone well.

I'm looking for some information about splitting off from a 10/3 line that I ran for my table saw. I would like to split this line and run another line from a junction box to my compressor. I have a 30A 250V outlet/plug for my table saw and a 20A 250V outlet/plug for the compressor.

Is it possible to split a 10/3 line or do I have to run a completely separate line straight from the electrical box?

Thank you for your time!

JJ

Is it possible to switch the 20A 250V plug/outlet to a 30A 250V for the compressor? The compressor is 14.5 A. I know a 30A is more than necessary but it would be cheaper to buy a new plug and outlet than buying 50 ft of 10/3.

Thank you for your reply. I've been setting my shop up within the last year. A novice with electricity. Any information is much appreciated.
