I removed old damaged paint from old metal window frames ,i sand it, and I sprayed it with Enamel protection paint. I did this in the past and never had issues. This time after spraying in some spots the spider like imperfections showed up. I have never seen anything like that.
Did I apply too much spray or was I spraying from too close distance?
See attached.

Spray paint is a challenge in the best of conditions. My guess is you put it on a bit too thick, at least in that one area. Spray paint works best with thinly applied coats. Your first coat should look like it barely covered anything. Always allow 20 minutes for the first coat to dry before applying another. If that first coat isn't dry enough it can alligator like your pic when a second coat is applied too soon. You can speed up drying times by using a fan.

Other factors: Not shaking the can long enough. I shake the can for at least 5 minutes to really mix it up well. Also, keep the can moving from side to side to get good, even coverage.

thx,i will let it dry and i will re-sand the alligator like parts.
While spraying I was applying in between 6-10 short bursts of paint.
I learned that constant spraying does not work for such a small area,
For the other window frames I just sprayed, i applied only 6 bursts of paint and it worked so you definitely right, less paint better results.
I wish i would not attempt to spray too much the first time.
It is tricky as it feels like there is not enough pain and then suddenly cracks happen.
