Only if you leave it loose:laughing:. But, you shouldn't be loosening wires that have a load on them to begin with. Why are you doing that?
I just ran another curcuit and hooking to a new 20amp breaker, I was just putting 2 white(common) wires in 1 space. Is that wrong?

Yes, yes it is...

One hole, one white.
So the small spark is normal when there is a load present? Thanks

Yes, the spark is due to you intermittently making and breaking the circuit while something on that circuit is drawing current. It's the same as when you plug something in that is turned on and you see a small spark inside the receptacle.
Whats scary is when you push on a few 10's and about 4 breakers pop out under load.

I have loosened the neutral before, its normal if you loosen it, but bad if you did not loosen it. While your at it, it wouldn't be bad to tighten all of the neutrals.
