spa cartridge filter fitting

Hi,
i need to replace the attached fitting. It is the piece that the cartridge filter on my spa screws into. I'm wondering if it is a readily available plumbing part instead of specialty spa part. It is designed like a sink/tub drain. the opening is 1 7/8 nches across. any ideas where to find this?
