Thanks for the feedback. I was curious to see if I would get much of a better deal at a millwork verses HD or lowes etc... just standard 5 inch baseboard

I wouldn't waste time at HD, Lowes or Menards unless you're looking for the very basic molding. Where in the area are you? Maybe Bolyard Lumber? http://www.bolyardlumber.com/interior-millwork.asp

Start with the lumber yards. They have vendors that will make any moulding you need. The bigger the run the cheaper it gets
