Hi. I am in Phoenix Az and just purchased a block home built in 1974 and when you are in the guest bathroom and master bath you can hear a real light running water sound. Turned off all valves to the toilets and the sinks and washer and still hear it from the faucet in the showers. Turned off main and stops. When the main is on the small blue dial on meter turns really really slow clock wise. Turned of water at water heater and still didn't stop. No signs of water anywhere. Really need help with this issue. Thank you Nick

Do you have a sprinkler system? Might be leaking. Is your house built on a slab (no crawlspace/basement)?
You'll have to do a bit of detective work closing and opening valves until you can isolate which branch of your system is leaking. There are companies that do leak detection I believe.

I have turned off each valve individually to see if it would stop but the sound of something running was still there. I shut the sprinkler system valve off but still the running water sound. I shut the main down at the house then the sound stoped. The sound is the loudest at the shower valves but when we put a small camera in the wall no sign of water or any leaks!

Slab leak.

Go buy a stethoscope and start crawling around on the floor until you locate it. How about outside? Any signs of excessive moisture around the house in the landscaping? (Not that it really matters.

To help isolate the leak, turn off the valve to your water tank. If the noise stops, its on the hot line
