Sosa Hinges installation- need Carpenter

Hello,
I live near Port Chester, NY and would like to hire a carpenter who is experienced in installing SOSS and SUGATSUNE hidden hinges in doors. Please respond if you have such expertise and the necessary tools (Router and bits).
