I'm Bob, live in Southern NJ. I now own my first house with my new wife. I'm dealing with a semi fixer upper. trying to do some of the work myself. At least the stuff that isnt too far over my head.
Its a 2 story built in the early 70's. Looks like alot of the interior studs are 2X3's(???) and the electrical is aluminum. Oh, no basement, just a crawspace.
