Hello there, looking for some help, this is what I got; 20 watt solar panel to 7amp solar charge controller to 12v marine battery to 800W 120v inverter to 120v 15amp timer (on for 6min/8 times a day) to 120v 10watt pump. This is a small hydroponic system trying to disconnect extension cord from my house. Seems battery can't keep up, after battery being fully charged, lasts only a fee days before inverter starts making audible warning. What's wrong, what am I missing?
Thanks for the input! Basically what I figured, inverter/timer draining battery. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Either more panels or go dc timer pump. Think thats the way I'll go DC all the way. Like this place I'll come back again.
