Happy New Year Guys! I have been planning to rebuild and expand my deck for about a year now and finally I am ready for the hard work. But before starting I would like to do a rendition of the project. What software can I use for rendition? I see it used on HGTV all the time but I am sure they are expensive!

It would take you longer to learn how to use any rendering software and apply it to your deck to obtain half-decent renderings than to build the deck itself. Imagination is free and should suffice for a deck.

I've been using Punch! software for probably 10 years now, they have a cheaper deck version that might work for ya - https://www.punchsoftware.com/landscape-design-features
