soffit vent question

Hello I have a question about soffit vents our house is 1200sq we have 5 roof vents and 5 soffit vents on one side of the house and the other side doesn't have any soffit vents that is the side of the roof vents. All of our water lines are in our attic could that be why we don't have any soffit vents in the attic?

Trying to figure this out if I need to add more.
I hope someone can help me out

We live in Washington State the roof vents our on back of our house its a gable type roof. On the front of the house that is where the soffit vents ours and they are only 4" by 8" I am guessing there is 5 of them.. Not sure why they didnt put them on the back of the house the only thing I can think of is the water lines our close to the back of the house..

sorry We are on slab on grade and the vents are 4x16 We live in Puyallup WA
#Yodaman we have alot of humidity in the house and we had to fix both bathroom fans since they where not insulated and the range hood vent was not insulated.
we have mold up in the attic.. We have been here for 8 years and just trying to fix this stuff.. this summer I will remove all the mold..
