I am looking for a tiled ceiling that does not loose much height from below the joists.
The two systems I know about are

But I don't know much about them, does anybody have any suggestions about which is better, in terms of price? ease of installation? profile? durability? compatibility with tiles that can be used?
Or suggestions of other systems that can be used?
P.S. I plan on doing about 650 sq ft of ceiling.
