I think its a jeld wen door with plastic clad brick mold. how does it come off after the door is hung? some one put a door on a friends house and it has sagged and wont close. The latch is about 1/4 inch low.

you can try to adjust the door without pulling the brickmould

check the screws in the top hinge,one should be log enough to hit the framing and pull the top of the door over enough to line up the strikes

may be easier actually to pull the inside trim and shim the door properly
