Any good remedies? Bag of mulch purchased from local garden center has that stellar scent of poo from the organic materials. Looking for tricks to help this stuff remediate faster so that the smell and the tons of flies go away...

Might talk to the people you bought it from or look on the bag for the source and talk to them. Doubt you are the first to notice this.
