I've got a detached garage we just use as my man cave and store my riding mower. It was already sinking when we bought it 3 years ago but has sunk bit more since we have moved in.

I know ultimately I'll need to either rip out and start over or have someone lift it but looking if anyone has any suggestions just in the front for now to lessen to slope. It's a pretty big area so not sure just throwing leveling concrete will do much as I would need a lot.

Just looking for a short term patch for the big drop in as it grabs the mower deck each time in and out.

A few bags of sand mix from Lowe’s will give you cheap temporary relief until you rip it out and replace it in the future.

square up that mess & replace it,,, w/o a sub-floor water issue, its likely the base wasn't sufficiently compacted prior to the floor being placed,,, once you get out the damaged conc, use a hand tamp to compact
