There is usually a filter screen/flow restrictor where the head screws onto the shower arm--remove and clean that.

Soaking the head in vinegar might loosen up any lime build up---

The filter/restrictor is where the shower head is attached to the shower arm---

A soft brush could help free up the lime----find that restrictor--I bet that's where the crud is---

i soaked in vinegar, seemed to remove build up, but pressure still low, i think the problem is a dirty screen, i haven't found the screen yet, i think it may be located inside the plastic pivot ball

Ive used that CLR and it did nothing to remove rust stains or clear a clogged shower head. Whats the secret?

Don't dilute it, use full strength. Just don't count on there being any chrome left when you are done.
