Not likely with that little info.
Unless you you have at least 3/4 supply's there's not going to be enough flow (pressure)
A 3/4" supply has almost double the avalible flow as a 1/2" line.

Thanks for the reply. Honestly I'm not sure of the diameter of the pipe at the moment. I'm getting the bathroom remodeled in a couple weeks and was just looking for a suggestion on a specific brand/model that's reliable as per someone's past experience.

It's just a shower faucet so all quality brands should be reliable. The pressure depends on the pressure available in your house. I think you're thinking of how the water comes out of the fixture, but that depends on the specific design of the showerhead. Many handhelds have adjustable water flow (although a rain showerhead will usually not.)
