After taking apart my shower faucet handle for a remodel, I can not find my cartridge anywhere. It was originally done in 2011 and it is a Tuscany shower set. I called the current manufacturers, they were unable to help me. Does ANYONE know where I can find this cartridge? I am assuming it is above my expertise to completely replace the cartridge type (if that is even possible). Oh, and the part is broke, so my shower is not even usable at the moment.

Thank you. I have searched everywhere for a few days online with no luck. I am going to dive into replacing the rough in. I am hoping to find some good "how to" videos as hiring a plumber right now isn't in my budget.

There are plenty of how to videos showing how to do this step by step. If you don't have the soldering skills they have sharkbyte fittings as well. On a shower rough in valve, I prefer the soldering or pex fittings.

I know some plumbers love the sharkbyte fittings, I love the easy use of them as well, but don't trust them in closed in spaces with little or no access to them. Just my opinion.
