Hello Everyone,
I have a 16 foot by 50 foot FLAT roof that will be re-done (stripped down to the plywood). As I plan to live here for many more years, I have been quoted for the job. The roofer is offering me to use the Firestone APP-180 or Siplast paradiene 20 tg (with the price difference being 10% more if we use the latter).
I live in Queens, NY so our weather can go from 0F up to 100F+.
Since I am by far not an expert, I would like to know if you think that the Siplast would be a better and smarter investment. All I care about is durability and no leaks!
Thank you all in advance for your opinions.
