After five years living in my house the kitchen hot water pipe now vibrates when turned on. I need to turn the water on very high to avoid any vibration. The bathroom hot water does not. House was built in 1940. Previous owner had new copper plumbing put in ten years ago , or so. Except the last 2-3 feet of kitchen hot and cold water pipes, which are original galvanized pipes. Kitchen faucet is very old also. Might even be original.
Any help appreciated.

It could be one or a combination of things like excessive amounts of air in the pipe, loose washer in faucet, small debris or gravel in the piping system; plumber never secured the water line properly.
