Hi, we are replacing a sump pump (installed by previous owners) with a sewage pump. The pump itself fits into the existing basin (both are RIDGID), but there is not a lot of clearance. The float may touch the side of the basin occasionally. Our problem is that the big 18x30 basin will not fit in the area closed off for this. Will the pump work in the smaller (existing) basin, and if not, is there any medium-sized basin?
