i want to put an egress window in my basdement and will need to offset my septic line from house to the tank. is there any problem with this if i keep fall to the standard rate

The problem is increased chance of blockage. You did not indicate if you will use 45's or 90's. 45 offsets are the better choice and you should install clean outs at appropriate locations. Some codes say every 90 degrees. My local code reads every 135 degrees horizontal offset- that's a 90 and a 45 or 3- 45's.....

It is ok if you minimize bends, especially 90 degree bends. It would be better to move where it exits the house if it will minimize bends.
