Used alkyd paint on an exterior door. It's very humid today and the paint is not dry enough yet to close the door. How can I keep it from sticking to the weatherstripping. Would a coating of baby oil work? My friend's husband will be home soon and it's about 103º. The AC is running continuously and it's 82º in the house. Help!
All of the above. Next time, you could also try a bit of japan dryer in the paint, but check with the vendor first, as paint chem is a lot more complex than it used to be.
