Semi Emergency

Used alkyd paint on an exterior door. It's very humid today and the paint is not dry enough yet to close the door. How can I keep it from sticking to the weatherstripping. Would a coating of baby oil work? My friend's husband will be home soon and it's about 103º. The AC is running continuously and it's 82º in the house. Help!

Put a plastic sheet up over the doorway & leave the door open to dry
That's what you should have done in the 1st place
Painting on a humid day not a good idea if you need something to dry quick
