I'm seeing these self stick tiles (were popular back in the 70's). Has anyone used these recently?

I'm guessing these need to go over a clean subfloor. Haven't looked into this that much to learn if there's anything that should be layed over the subfloor before applying the carpet tiles. Just want to change a small room and a do it yourself project.

Any suggestions? Like hire a carpet installer and install carpet on a roll? :wink:

For a small room something like Berber carpet tiles. Why not definitely diy friendly not big money. What is on the floor now in the room. If carpet you will need to remove then the pad underneath. Get some needle nose pliers to get staples out of pad.
