Never used it.

Doing a bathroom remodel.

Reference putting up a border around the perimeter to prevent the underlayment from running into places that you don't want it to go, is there anyproblem with allowing the underlayment to run up against the bottom plate of the 2x4 under the drywall?

There's about a 1/2" gap from the bottom of the drywall to the concrete subfloor. My underlayment will maybe be 1/4" thick, not even. Can I run it against the 2x4 as my block or should I put up a barrier to protect the 2x4s?

thanks
