Sealing open concrete corners with mortar or cement?

I am in the middle of cleaning off my walls and preparing to water seal my stone basement walls with mortar.

However my floors where done about a summer ago and my corner where left open in some places.

How should I close my basement corners with cement or mortar?

If so, sealin' the inside rarely to never works,.....

I have no water coming in. But there is some moisture coming in from the ground from the open corner. thanks
