Good evening experts-
I have a bay window roof that is interfaced to stucco and masonry with a wall flashing that has leaked (first picture). I see some possible gaps that may be the culprit (second picture).
Climate right now is hovering a few degrees below freezing. Early next week I should have a couple days a few degrees above freezing. What compound is my best bet to fill these gaps between the aforementioned materials and whatever compound was originally used, at this temperature? My local Home Depot carries a number of Black Knight products including
I also found Bakor's Polybitume Sealing Compound and of course silicone is the other sealant that comes to mind.
With all these options, what's my best bet? Also, what would be best if it were summer?
Thank you!

What compound is my best bet to fill these gaps between the aforementioned materials and whatever compound was originally used, at this temperature? My local Home Depot carries a number of Black Knight products including
- Clear Patch - thermoplastic, no mention of ideal application temperature.
- All Season Rubberized Roof Repair - notes okay to apply to wet surfaces in temperatures down to -12C.
- Severe Weather Superior Roof Repair - solvent based asphalt sealing compound, designed for "wet surfaces and poor weather conditions"
I also found Bakor's Polybitume Sealing Compound and of course silicone is the other sealant that comes to mind.
With all these options, what's my best bet? Also, what would be best if it were summer?
Thank you!
