I have just applied a good PVA primer coat over new drywall. I removed all drywall dust. The areas of compound are much smoother than the bare drywall papaer face. Do i need to sand all the walls before 2 top coats of latex eggshell paint? Will a textured (3/8" nap) roller cover the differences?

I thought the same thing when I primed my drywall, but now that I have applied two coats of paint, it looks just fine. The 3/8" nap roller will work good.
You wont be able to tell the difference. Don't sand the paper, or then you will be able to tell the difference......
